IIC Law Student Writing Awards 2005-2026 Now Open
The IIC is now accepting submissions to the IIC Law Student writing awards for the academic year 2025-2026. Students from the fall and winter term can apply. This includes those graduating this spring) are eligible to submit a paper. Winners are announced at the end of the summer. 14th Edition of the IIC Journal
The IIC is proud to announce that the 14th Edition of the IIC Journal has now been published and is available for purchase online through Thomson Reuters. The Journal includes 14 in-depth articles authored by IIC members and their colleagues and features our 1st Place Law Student Writing Award paper by Sean Kimak. Topics include directors and officers liability, a review of substantive consolidation, alternative dispute resolution, and the appointment of representative counsel, and much more. Papers were presented as part of panel sessions held at the 2025 Conference in Halifax, NS.
