The Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the activities of the IIC. Directors serve for a three-year term with the option to be elected to serve a second three-year term. Terms are staggered to ensure the continuity of leadership on the board. The Nominating Committee reviews, identifies and recommends prospective new directors for board approval. All directors are elected by the membership with terms beginning following the Annual General Meeting.
